Physical activity is any form of movement that causes your body to use energy. Physical activity can be purposeful, but it can also be a part of every day life.
Physical activity is an important factor in preventing diseases such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. The combination of a healthy diet and physical activity are ideal in prevention of these diseases. |
