Tag Rugby
Tag Rugby is a non-contact, fast-moving game that is suitable for adults or children, and for boys and girls to play together.

In the video below, watch for these critical elements. Defensive TacticsThe object of the defense is to stop the attacking team from scoring a try by pulling 5 flags and causing a turnover. A good strategy is to cut down the angle of the attacking team.

Running with the ballSince there is no forward passing allowed in rugby, running the ball is a very important part of the game.
In the video below, watch for:
When running with the ball, players can perform different moves including a side step and a swerve move. There are no spinning moves allowed in tag rugby.

If the defender starts to read your pass, you can fake the pass and keep running. Switch Pass
